The Salty Lime Co
The Salty Lime Co is a family owned finger lime farm established in 2013. Driven by a love of all things nature, this little slice of paradise is part rustic farm/part coastal retreat.
The finger lime harvesting/production season is November to March, currently they are gathering a small harvest for local customers and will be in full production in 2022/2023. They also produce local honey. Internet orders only until next year.
They work closely with Growcom supplying them with research and attending workshops. They have adapated water recycling and management systems with Hort 360 Reef Certification to utilise safe use of water and drainage.
The Salty Lime Co is also a boutique wedding venue and farm stay that offers relaxation, freedom and flexibility.
