Orbigo Gardens

Orbigo Gardens is a local farm with Spanish heritage. Paulino Martinez is affectionately known as the Spanish man with a strong accent, unforgettable moustache and an infectious bubbly personality that you can often find at the Saturday Community Markets. Paulino is famous for his Bueno Aires red beans or as the locals call them – magic beans. From fresh herbs, flower bunches, eggplants, citrus, wild raspberries, bok choy, beetroot and salad greens. You will always find an array of vibrant delicious fresh produce sitting at Mr Martinez stall ready to go from providore to plate.

Paulino’s favourite way to consume his produce: eggplant, thinly sliced, sprinkled with cheese and cooked on a BBQ.
