Mick is the owner of Mick’s Meats and the friendly face behind the counter. Born and bred in Yeppoon, Mick is a third-generation butcher with over sixteen years’ experience in the butcher industry. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather norm, Mick is proud to be carrying on his family’s passion for great Australian meats.

Specialising in modern butchering, yet continually striving to keep the art of traditional butchery alive there is a focus especially on quality customer service. The team at Mick’s Meats take great pride in the quality of their meat and offer only the best from Aussie farmers along with locally made specialty rubs and condiments to complement their meat. Acting as a retail outlet for local producers and makers they also sell local free-range eggs, crocodile meat, honey, macadamia oil and curry bases.

So come on in to Mick’s Meats Yeppoon an pick up a few local goodies and cook up a storm on one of the free BBQ’s along the Capricorn Coast or cook up a feast for the family at home.
