When Rob and Maree Evans owners of Beach Delish couldn’t find a fresh prawn sandwich along the Capricorn Coast, they decided the open a food truck dedicated to just that, local caught prawn dishes. With fresh off the boat prawns, local bakery bread, and locally sourced seasonal produce, the local prawns are truly showcased in the most delish way.
